從三月初以來都是56公斤
現在開始不吃晚餐
多喝水 吃至少五份水果
硬瘦 每天熱量不超過500
不吃飯 澱粉 炸的 消夜 五天 到24號
三天要瘦一公斤
離目標還有四公斤 所以要12天 加油
到月底31號
