Getting better. Maybe it just takes a body awhile to get started...
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Expect a couple weeks of headaches and constipation. As your body adapts, you find that you no longer crave sugar! Sugar is literally an addiction! If you need help for the latter, Psyllium husks and probiotics are helpful. Good luck on the BFC!

Hi. I came off negative with my response, but I was speaking from my own experience. Every body is different. Do not be deterred from this fantastic diet! I wouldn't trade the side effects for a single pound! It's all been worthwhile. Hang in there and they will pass...and you'll be a thinner person for it!
