Okay started today and wasn't doing too bad until dinner...Eating left overs and too hungery to make something healthier. Found out at urologist that I don't need to have low calcium but a low oxalate diet. The blackberries I ate at breakfast are bad...:( I am now doing the proper research so I eat the right foods. It can only get easier when you know what you need to do.
