Yesterday we had a lovely waffle/pancake brunch at my sister's house. I was fairly well behaved as far as the diet goes. I think I am still reeling a bit from friday though.

Today some housework and walking ought to help!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
