So far today is a good day. Feel really confident about the challenges that I have given myself. So far nothing but positive thoughts. I have also decided to throw some other things in the mix like no more artificial sweeteners, eat only hole foods and cut out processed food, pastas and breads!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
