This has been a bad weekend. I was on call for emergency response for the first time and had the worst allergy attack ever. I was taking allegra and zyrtec simultaneously along with chlortabs, ranatadine, and flonase without a dent put in the itchyness. Thus, excercise and counting calories didn't happen. I felt lucky to get through the days. It seems slightly better today and I have to go to work, so counting cals today shouldn't be too hard. We'll see about the exercise.
