Maybe a bit premature but so far I've gotten my eatting under control this weekend. Weekends are difficult for me. Too little structure. Too much time. Not this weekend! Course there's still half a Sunday left but I know the menu for the rest of the day and if I just stick with that I will be fine. Fingers crossed.
