Well i havent been on here in a week or so. Havent put in what i have eaten , or done for exercise. More importantly I thought when I first started on here i weighed 220 lbs. but infact I weighed 228. WTF ??? I couldnt belieive it. Well i guess I could considering how I had been eating. So for the past week I have been really good about what I am eating and getting on the treadmill and I have lost 4 lbs. So that makes me very happy. I will keep trying to do the best that I can
