I fell a little short of my goal by a little over a pound, but it's not a big deal at all; it was an overly ambitious goal, and I'm very happy with the result I have been able to achieve so far. I still have a lot of work to do regardless of that. I have a little over 7 days to go before my departure date and in that time, I hope to break the 140 lbs mark. I'll be super happy with anything beneath that mar. It would mean a weight loss of 1.3 lbs in 7 days. I feel that's achievable.
