cross country trip in a car.... through the south... ( I could probably have found deep fried salad before I could find and organic apple)tried, but, even with healthy groceries in the car..NO MAJOR MOVEMENT for 5 days is HARD!! ( had a time restriction )We were doing sit ups in the car ...haha UHG!!! Back to the gym in high gear...
