I'm back at it. Fell off for awhile. I realized where I have went wrong and kept failing. I've been looking at this as just "work hard eat perfect then you can go back to my normal habits" I've been looking at it as just something to do until I'm in shape enough to get attention. Now I realize this needs to be a lifestyle change. Not a temporary thing to put on a show. I'm not here to feel pain,give into temptation or put on a show in here for a lifetime
