Weather affected my exercise routine. I'm not a member of a health club. Instead, I utilize the park that is across the street from my office building. My primary exercise routine consists of running, push-ups, and sit-ups. I had to adjust my routine because of the pounding rain. I normally exercise around 3PM, but had to wait until 8PM. I ended up jumping rope to elevate my heart rate and augmented it with push-ups and sit-ups. I exercised for approx. 20 min. at a high intensity. I didn't enjoy it. It was a little boring but necessary.
