I'm trying my best to not get discouraged. One pound in a week? UGH....I've even started walking at night too. Hopefully the weight loss will kick back up soon.

Do not be discouraged. Keep your eye focused on the goal, do what you know works, and give it time. Stress and worry create hormones in your body that signal to your body a disaster might be coming--which causes your body to hold on to stability as it knows it, which means to maintain weight or to even cause weight gain in case a famine is coming. Don't worry, keep positive and joyful to let the weight release. Give the worry and work to the Holy Spirit. Blessings to you!!

Please don't give up! A few tweaks and you will be amazed! Make sure you eat enough calories(very low and your body holds onto fat like a life raft!), eat 12-14 net carbs in veggies, and drink enough water and the scale will again be your friend!
