I started to work out with my Thursday session of P90X but decided that I needed to miss today so I can get on the correct workout schedule as laid out in the workout calendar. I was missing a couple of the dvd's (Chest/Back, and Shoulders,Back) so I screwed up my progression the first week. If I do Kenpo tomorrow and do Chest/Back on Monday i should be on the right track and progressing correctly from now on.

I'm excited about doing Kenpo. I have trained in Tai Chi and was a huge fan. I saw some of the Kenpo on my Cardio Day (substitute for Plyo)and really had fun doing it.
