Huzzah! An old-fashioned cheer for an old-fashioned goal! Let's see if the losses stick. Having met my initial goal, it's time to see about resetting to lose up to 30 more pounds.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 65.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
