I did really well yesterday and so far today as too. I've decided to do at least two different exercise sessions everyday. I have found that visual inspiration is very helpful. Ex. the inspiration chart, pictures of healthy fit people. etc. I have also become alot more happy with my body, which is making it easier to want to lose this weight. When things get hard remember why you are doing this. I'll post some inspriational workouts and things of that sort. :)
