I hate the feeling of being hungry. Hope this ends soon. Must remember to drink more water! I feel less heavy already and feel like i am starting to finally do something about it. Ive lost the weigh before so I can do it again! Looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow though worried bout not having lost anything and loosing my motivation in week one

I don't think anyone likes to feel hungry. I am trying to remember to drink more water too. We can do this together! Stay motivated, eat healthy and don't forget to exercise. My goal this week is going to be adding exercise every day even if I don't think I have time for it. :)

Alright ladies I have the biggest news for you. First a scale is probably going to be your worst form of checking if you are getting healthier. I know your goal is to lose weight but I think you should focus more on your body fat % this can change dramatically and you never notice. Also your weight fluctuates 3-5lbs a day depending on water so take that into consideration. Also looking at your diet you have a lot of carbs. 233. You should really only have at most about 60-70gr of carbs a day. your body uses 50 to sustain its self. This will allow you to cut body fat and lose that weight fast. I only say this because I do it and it has worked wonders for me. I have lost 43lbs since jan 1st

Thanks for that tip Heavsaint, my carbs is usually around 150 - 200g. will try that. Hi jessabelle36, I drink flavoured water cant drink the normal stuff yuk, usually around 1 litre a day, it does stop me from feeling hungry. Just remember we are all in this together,
