Feliz com o Jejum intermitente e dieta Low Carb!! Em 30 dias perdi 3.500kilos.. fazendo HIIT na academia em jejum!! Tenho muita disposição com o Jejum!! Super indico!!
128.3 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
