This week has been awful for me. I've been super stressed out and hormonal. It has come out in my diet. I even omitted a bunch of stuff. I've been craving meat mostly. I had like rib tips, liver, chicken and gyro. I know that it's a cooping thing. It also doesn't that the food at my house is always unhealthy. I need to refocus and start take of my body again. I look forward to getting back on track.
