So is day #2 on my new challenge and so far so good. This is wk#2 on my workout challenge and last week I was feeling it. My whole body was sore and muscles I never knew can hurt were hurting lol. But I'm dedicated. I'm doing cardio Mon/Wed/Fri and I do core workouts Tue/Thur. I hope this plan works for me. I need to drop 80lbs STAT!
