Had an interview yesterday. And a lot of nervous energy. I am not sure if the recent weight loss is "real" or just a fluctuation due to other circumstances (like the previous gains I have had). Still shooting for slow & steady weight loss. Aiming to reach my goal sometime in August or September.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
