Hello!! It's been a while but I think I'm finally ready to try and get healthy. I'm in a better place mentally to try at least.
I downloaded the 7 minute workout app. Basically it berates you and you lose hearts if you don't do HIIT (or some other logged workout) for at least 7 minutes everyday. You can make the workouts into circuits if you want more but I think 7 minutes is a good commitment for me right now. Just the thought of that much commitment makes me a little nervous. I hope to gradually up that.
So far I've done two of the weight loss workouts and holy shit did they kick my ass. I definitely worked up a sweat. My legs are sore from yesterdays workout so it's doing something and something is better than the nothing I was getting before.
Eating healthier is honestly easy for me. I don't eat super unhealthily. I tend to make decent choices. Portion control is hard but I let myself eat as many veggies as I want and that seems to be helping me feel full without a ton of calories.
Hopefully this time I can keep my healthy lifestyle going.
