Oh God, what have I done? I think I've kicked myself out of ketosis. I was experimenting with a curry last night, weighing all peppers, chillies, onion, and even spices and counting carbs. It was mainly cream but it looked a thin and bland so I was tempted to put extra tomato puree and garlin puree in. Think this made me have an extra 10 carbs to an all ready quite high carb meal.
What annoyed me was that by the time it had reduced it would have been lovely without the extra purees.
I seem to remember from years ago, when i was doing Atkins the first time that It'll take me 3 days to get back into ketosis.
I am so stupid I could kick myself.
