I am with you. I can go all day without eating and then comes the envening and all i want to do is graze. I know that i am not hungry but i still want to put food in my mouth. I thought that i was the only one that battled with this. I have found that if i keep busy doing something, anything besides sitting in front of the TV, it helps. Be strong and don't give up. These my be old habits and it takes time to form new ones. Be glad that you are not giving up. That is a step in the right direction. Good Luck.
