Wow! Under 69 kilos! I can' hardly believe it. my BMI in January was 29. I'm now down to a respectable 23.5. Feeling very pleased with my efforts and hope that someone cam read this and be encouraged.
if I can do it, anyone can do it....
151.7 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks for your messages of support. I'm expecting a bit of a bounce back today. I've got a bold and my wife insists that I drink loads of "Cap Kaki Tiga" and eat a big meal.
