I'm going back home today to my regular life, and back to my trusty scale. I'm going to weigh-in tomorrow morning and hope and pray that I lost something. If I didn't then I'll just have to be stronger and work harder. I have been on tumbler reading some inspiration or as they call it "thinspiration" and its helped alot. I'm going to start exercising more and I have a friend that is going to help me out.I'm excited and did really well with my eating yesterday and have been doing alot better. I'm really proud.
