This only my second day of doing this. But for the two days I have been paying close attention to my diet and what I eat. I have also been very motivated and have done my work outs as planned. This is a great start for me, because normally when i start a diet it lasts one day...and thats it...and i never usually make it as far as working out. This is a new beganning. I am SO excited. And I have a work out buddy too, so that helps, great motivator!
