I'll be 44 in may, I'm soooo unhealthy with Type 2 diabetes - so out of control it cannot be controlled with medication, I have excessive essential hypertension - VERY HIGH blood pressure, My cholesterol is exceessive and uncomntrolled. I am obese and pretty much a walking heart attack waiting to happen,I am uncomfortable everyday with body aches and pains and cannot sleep due to sleep apnea and reflux... I take 17 tablets a day! I also meet peopleand have a partner for a max of a few weeks as I guess everyone has their limits to what level of unhealthiness you can tolerat in a new partner, especially if you are looking at a long term relationship..... noone wants to fall in love and have their partner die on them. With me it is a harsh reality. I have depression and actually dont eat alot of food, when I do cook it is always healthy, but mostly I just snack on crap when i feel hungry as depression is masssive and I am always mentally exhausted from work. I want to swap to this diet, hopefully if I eat regular meals I'll see some fast results which will spur me on...... my goal is to be around 80kg for my 45th Birthday, next year so that I can go on a cruise! Would be even nicer with a partner.....
