First day of the thyroid med change (75 mcg to 88 mcg). Hopefully I will have less symptoms and more energy. It's about time my thyroid levels reflected how I felt! I signed up for the lose a healthy 20-25 lbs in 12 weeks challenge. I just want to feel good again so hopefully dropping the extra pounds from the thyroid crash will help!
