This week I've been going to the gym in the mornings before work rather than the afternoon after work since my work schedule has become so variable I was missing the gym most days. The morning seems to be working better; I haven't missed one day this week and I feel better all day.
226.9 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 56.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
