I didnt do that great today, was first time and need to get hang of it.. but I'm learning, got some rice cakes, coffee creamer learning to drink coffee w/o sugar, I ate salad then when I looked it up lol I was shocked lol corn has sugar, peppers have sugar, lunch all I had was salad with chipotely ranch dressing which I looked up and its low in sugar and carbs, my lunch had more sugar than breakfast lol i had coffee and a mcmuffin lol too funny, but I'm learning
