Back on track after 2 1/2 week vacation in Florida and Virginia Beach! I can thank the heat and Disney for helping me maintain my weight lol. Some very small muscle loss but that can be fixed quick 💪🏼
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
