I gained weight :( and I know why!!!

New plan:

A- lose 2 kgs
B- Exercise 3 times per week
C- Avoid the following items: soft drinks and junk food.
D- Have 1 day off (but don't go crazy)

I should be able to reach my target by 2nd June 2012!!
