☑️Meal prep. Meals contain the following 5oz Turkey Breast, Top Sirloin Steak or Wild Caught Salmon. 85g of Broccoli & 130g of Sweet Potatoes, minus potatoes for low carb days. I also altered the Sweet Potatoes to make them Low Glycemic by boiling them.

Nice! I hope to get back into doing that. Made a few shots last week, but still eating a lot more than that. How much does boiling lower glycemic index of the potatoes?

GI for Sweet Potatoe boiled (46) - weighed out to 130g puts the GI load at 9.2 = Low Glycemic GI for Sweet Potatoe baked (94) weighed out to 130g puts the GI load at 18.8 = Medium Glycemic

Thanks! I miss sweet potatoes, still have individual portions in freezer. How do you get by on so little food? I'm scarfing down mountains yet seem to be losing body fat. Need routine like yours for sure.
