Went for a 2.5 mile run yesterday, and for the first time I didn't walk. I decided to block out my hubris and run at a pace that I could sustain. No more shin splints either. I guess the key word is "momentum". After starting this program, it's relatively easy to keep up the momentum in regards to watching what I eat and maintaining an active schedule. We'll see how this "thing" is going during my next weigh-in on March 9th.
