Well, today is the official day that I reached the 20 pounds lost mark. Looking back on the chart, I see patterns and am pretty happy with what is happening. Today I started the homeopathic thyroid support. I am curious to see if taking it makes a difference in how I feel and if it seems to help the weightloss. I hope everyone is doing well today. :)

I am good.. Moving along slowly. I can't wait to be at the 20lb loss mark like you. Thanks for adding to my motivation :). I made the cream cheese pancakes this weekend and they were so good. Well today at work I took a pat of butter, 1 oz of cream cheese softened,2 eggs, 1 packet of splenda and about 1/2 tspn of cinnamon..mixed together and microwaved for like a minute and a half. It was so yummy.. Tasted like french toast without the bread.
