I have been off track. I am not sure how much I weigh. I just guessed I gained 3 pounds. I know I have not been journaling or keeping track of my food. I have an outfit that I want to wear and I just need to loose about 5 more pounds. I know I have started eating bad again. Today when I put my outfit on and it looked like I had a muffin top, I realized I needed to be back on track today, not tomorrow. So Today Monday March 5th is the start of a new day for me. I am going to do it and do it right.
