I was so motivated for a while and now I'm doing so badly. I keep saying ok tomorrow i'm starting over and by lunch I lose track. I am eating healthy I just can't be motivated enough to exercise. If anyone has any adivce that would be great. Thanks

Don't feel bad! I am motivated to exercise, and i do everyday, but i can't stay on track with my eating. I always cheat then i get down on myself and give up for that day, and say I'll start over tomorrow. Its a really bad cycle, at least you're eating healthy!

I don't know how to get motivated, I just tell myself how good I'll feel after I do it! At least you're eating right, that counts for something.
