Well, another couple of weeks of up and down with grub...so I am quite happy to have not gained a ounce...will tighten my belt a little, as they say, knock my RDI down by 100cals per day see where I land in a couple of weeks...

269.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Keats, thank you, I was expecting little to no movement, I am not bothered by it, will just try to tighten up a little in the next week or so and see what happens...If after that I have no more downwards movement I will have to do a week of strict control and then reassess my position again...Of course, just had a huge McDonalds lunch so maybe tomorrow is the day...haha...
