I am going to get back on track...get an assessment done at Applied Fitness...and beging regulartly working out again. We are beginning The Biggest Loser diet at my office tomorrow and I want to do really well. I'm sick of having to be a magician with my wardrobe, not to mention that the swim season is practically around the corner.
