here i go again, was doing so well, and then just blew it this week, once again. i just can't seem to get back on track and stay there. i'm going to try again, i refuse to give up, and i know the only way to see results is to follow the plan, i'm going to track this week, cause i haven't been doing that very faithfully and it really does make a difference. one step at a time, and i'm also going to drink more water this week, instead of my tea and see if that makes a difference. i really just need to get back to it.
