Cold and windy but I slogged to the community center and worked out this morning! Time to catch up on this journal:

03/2/2012: steps = 6397... Went to the Cavs game with the family and ate afterwards at Steak n Shake. I already had a cod sandwich from BK and a sugary lemonade drink so I said 'what the heck! carbo load!' :)
I was shocked that the chili 3-way was 1090 calories! WOW! I should have checked my phone app before I ordered! I was WAAAAY over my RDI by over 600 calories. Geez! Oh well, moving on ...

03/03/2012: steps = 9603 ... avg Hr = 78 ... max Hr = 150 ... Elliptical+pushups+squats = 600 cal, 75minutes ... 4.71 miles ... 47 PUSHUPS (9,9,11,10,8), 116 SQUATS (20,24,26,24,22)
