Good morning and Happy Hump Day!
This has been a good week, so far. My food choices and water intake have been really good, but I do need to bump up my exercise. I find myself wanting to relax in the evening after cooking and chores, but I'm going to have to force myself to do at least one workout DVD.
I did work in the veggie and flower gardens when I got home yesterday until almost dark, so that was a form of exercise, at least, LOL!
We are still enjoying the Mediterranean recipes, and they fit perfectly with our schedule as most are quick and easy.
My plan for tonight is kettle bell and kickboxing sculpt DVD.
