It's been too long. I'll keep this one short and sweet. I'm back up to my original weight (and change) and I'm not happy with how I look. I'm taking inventory again and going at it full force. I've switched from Fat Smash to my own. When on Fat Smash I tweaked it a bit to my own liking and don't feel it was fair to consider myself as doing Fat Smash.
My goals for this first week: 1) At least 3 meals a day. No more skipping breakfast. 2) ONE diet soda a day (if that many) 3) Cutting out the smoking. Slowly at first. 3 smokes a day.
