Went to the doctor on 3/2/12 (yesterday). I was very disappointed but not surprised that I only lost 1/2 pound in a month. I have not been totally committed in the past so the poor weightloss result was expected, but still a blow to my emotions. I am going to ger committed beginning yesterday. The amount of calories I should be eating per day is 1784. I am to do cardio and strength training throughout the week. With one rest day. I have to make a change.
