Continuing to eat healthy and feeling the results. My clothes fit better, I fit in the car much better and I am becoming more flexible. I started to ride the stationary bike again but could only go a few minutes. My knees hurt but I know it will be easier in the coming weeks.

As of July 1st I have stopped my insulin injections entirely with no increase in my blood glucose readings. Still on metformin and glipizide for the time being.

I test my blood twice a day and I am looking at my meter right now. My 7day/14day/30day averages are 103/108/113. This includes the 15 days since I stopped the insulin altogether.
