So March is here, my birthday month. I wish I could be more excited, but I'm not. Faultering on my previous years goals to be at my goal weight (150lbs) by this birthday is making me rather disappointed in myself.
I am hoping to atleast take off another 20-25lbs before the end of the month though. My goal is to keep taking off 5-8lbs a week for the next few months.
I'm determined,so keeping fingers crossed.

I know how you feel. Looking back at all the time that I wasted being fat, and I think to myself if I started losing weight then I would be done by now. But I use that as motivation to get it done right this time. On another note. My start weight was 284, just about the same as yours, and I just want you to realize that losing 5 - 8 lbs a week is very difficult. Until recently I averaged about 10 pounds a month loss. (I started back in June). Just try not to get discourages if you don't meet your goal. Usually the first week of weight loss is the most because you lose a lot of water weight.
