Today when I woke up ....I weighed myself and finally the scale read: 133.0!! Super Excited and happy about that. Now I will have the greatest test of my new 'diet' (way of life!) As I will go to Miami this weekend for a concert and I may eat and indulge in foods and beverages I have forgone since my surgery. Hopefully I will end he month of March weighing exactly the same! And then April, May etc. That's my goal: Sustain current weight or at the worst be within 2 lbs of it by the year's end.
