Late last night, I successfully ate an apple instead of the usual junk like chewy chocolate chip cookies and noticed that I weighed about 3-4 lbs less this morning. It's hard to go to bed with my stomach growling.

Try mashed goodies. Coked broccoli (150g, don't overcook as it loses the taste) and microwave steamed spinach (80g- 1.5- 2 mins) all mashed in food processor. If you are buttery girl then add teaspoon of original butter while mashing. This is so good and filling. It reminds me of buttery mashed potatoes. Yummy!

by the way I steam everything so the broccoli should not be cooked.
