It seems like this weight is coming off so slowly. Up a pound--down a half. I had to look back and study a little to see that I have actually lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks. That is actually not a bad rate of loss. It just feels painfully slow. I have decided that I may do better if I cut back to two meals a day with just a snack if needed for the hungries. My calorie intake creeps up to around 1500 by doing the three meals, so...two may solve that problem. Five to six hundred seems to be my average meal intake. On the exercise end of it, I have been working out for an hour for 4-5 days a week and have noted improvement in strength and stamina. I have decided that if I ever have to choose between fight or flight, I'm gonna fight it out because my strength is far better than my stamina!
